  Enjoyed working with Gaby who went out of her way to attain the items I needed and provide great customer satisfaction. During Christmas rush and late hours after a long day it can't be easy to cheerfully deal with customers but she did!

  Went in today and Alyssa helped my husband and I out. She was so amazing and answered every single one of our questions. The manager was just waking by and checking in on our service. I really appreciated him doing that.

  I went there to get my new iPhone to work. It was apparently an easy fix for the person who works there and knows much more about their products functionality than I do. I made a test call to him it worked just fine. I left the store and the sales rep had accidentally dialed me back in his pocket. There was then a 4 minute voicemail on my phone in part talking about me and other customers who are "so (i wont use the expletive) stupid" for not knowing simple things to get their phones to work. I called the store talked to the regional manager and sent him the voicemail. He then wrote back that he was sorry and that employees should not talk about their customers like that. I then asked for some sort of concession to make me feel I am #1 priority like he said in his text that all I and all ATT&T customers are. I have not heard back so I guess they are just words. If anyone has questions about their devices make sure the are good questions if you don't want put down behind your back.
