  Don't Waste your time. Horrible experience! No empowered employees and a system unwilling to find solutions! The scheduler for the take care clinic gave me incorrect information, and told me to bring my ID and insurance for minor child... and then when I got there after driving and waiting for an hour, refused to see my young daughter because I did not have her specific insurance card. Even though she's on my account and no other health professional entity has had difficulties ever pulling up her insurance information, and I was told specifically to bring mine instead, they refused her treatment. No system in place to help, unwilling to help, unfriendly. What a shame to have such a good option for families but to be run so horribly. What a disaster! Don't Waste your time here!!!!!!!! I've already gone to urgent care and had no problems being see right away!

  My husband broke his bottle of insulin while in St. Louis for a transplant evaluation. The pharmacist Kristina went above and beyond in helping us deal with our insurance and with our local Walgreens which was having computer issues . It was very much appreciated and saved us from trying to figure out how to get insulin from our home town 3 hours away.
